Erin uses her knowledge of movement, her background in acting, and her love for new play development for her directial work. She has assistant directed at LORT theaters, produced her own work, and started programs matching fresh playwrights with bright-eyed directors.

She is best known for stories with many moving parts and absurdist themes, all centering around profound relationships. Most importantly, she goes towards the expected in freshly written perspectives. Everyone is so desperate to be special that they erase themselves entirely. There are truths that we all don’t want to admit, but have to confront with each other.
